Dnia 2 października 2024 w Sali Senatu Pałacu Kazimierzowskiego na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim odbyła się organizowana przed dr Anne-Marie Weber (Uniwersytet Warszawski) oraz prof. dr Anne-Christin Mittwoch (Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg) międzynarodowa konferencja pt.: “The interest of the Company – a Driving Concept for Sustainable Business in Europe”.
Konferencja stanowiła podsumowanie projektu badawczego “The Company Interest in Germany and Poland – A Comparative Legal Analysis in the Context of the European Sustainable Corporate Governance Initiative” finansowanego przez Polsko-Niemiecką Fundację na rzecz Nauki (German-Polish Science Fundation). W ramach konferencji wystąpili prelegenci z 7 (siedmiu) różnych europejskich ośrodków badawczych.
